Scheme design and quotation

After the contract text is reviewed and confirmed by both parties, the contract is formally signed.

Production and quality control

1. Production plan formulation: The company formulates a detailed production plan according to the contract requirements and project schedule, and determines the time nodes and responsible persons for each production link. The production plan will be dynamically adjusted according to the actual situation to ensure that the project is delivered on time. 2. Raw material procurement: According to the production plan, the procurement department will purchase the required raw materials and parts in a timely manner to ensure that the quality of the raw materials meets the requirements. 3. Processing and manufacturing: The production workshop processes and manufactures the circular guide rails according to the design plan and process requirements, including the cutting, bending, welding, grinding and other processing processes of the guide rails, as well as the assembly and debugging of parts and components. 4.
